First off, I said she was a star, not that she could act. :o)
Didn't watch "Neighbours" much during that time, as I believe
Kimberly Davies had left by the time Natalie appeared. If she
was on during that time, she had long hair, and as such
cannot recollect her specifically.
As to a website, considering the show's popularity in the UK,
almost certainly. Probably an Aussie-based one, too.
I did check Usenet, and she does have a newsgroup.
