Okay, I see that my intent was not clearly stated. I will give it another
attempt. I was trying to present the idea that for those who disagree with
Lego's comments about what is okay with them regards posting of retailer
information, just because it has been acquired by some individuals - (I
paraphrase here:) "and therefore belongs to the Lego fan community - and those
who posted it for the rest of us, shouldn't kow-tow to the Lego establiment
and remove it..." is the attitude I was intending to comment to. If you do not
hold this attitude, then my comments probably were taken much as Selcuk has
interpreted them. For my being unclear and too generalized, I apologize.
My statement to the idea of letting them know what you (you, me, anyone) want,
rather than spending a lot of time letting them know what you (you, me,
anyone) don't like about their policies, was an attempt to provide impetus to
cooperate rather than to fight. I never intended that my comments be construed
as to not criticize. Just that there is a difference between what we as
indivduals have a right to and that which we have a responsibility to. I
believe we have the responsibility to defend our and others' rights - and that
means we also have the responsibility to not violate them.
