Income tax here is 0% on first 6000 guilders, 38 or something % on, I believe, next..30-odd thousand, 50 % on the next 50-somethign thou, 60% onward. You're almost as bad as those (...) I agree that it is still a monopoly, and as thus it still has special problems and considerations that need to be dealt with but are usually ignored. However, this does definitely meet (...)
