Hmm.  I wonder how many people have set up sniping-servers?  I can well
imagine a computer sitting on a fat, high-speed pipe, programmed to fire
off sniping bids at precise times.

It wouldn't provide 100% accuracy with sniping (you'll never be able to
control how fast eBay processes bids), but it could help quite a bit...
