I suspect that SQL treats data type currency as a character and not a
number.  MS Access doesn't.  Everything works fine on my test system (MS
access).  To make a long story short, character data will always be higher
than a number.  So "0.75" (character) will be higher than 1.00 (number) and
that's what's been happening --> when doing a check if item price > max
price the item was sold for, it will always replace the max price with the
item price.  I put in a fix a week ago to convert everything to numbers
before doing a comparison but didn't have time to reupload a correct backup
