  Re: Dwayne's LEGO Parts--Email trouble

I have solved my email problems, hopefully permanently. My new email address is dwayne@towells.net. (The old one will continue to work for an undetermined amount of time.) (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jan-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.market.shopping)

Well, and it's not like you don't get to eat the oatmeal, which, while a little on the sweet side, has made a nice temporary change in my breakfast routine-- variety is the spice of life, after all. :) On the other hand, it also doesn't look (...)   Re: AFOLs as cheapskates

(...) I hear you. I just usually don't buy like that. I'm not a SW fan at all, so while I can look at the SW sets (some of them) and recognize that they work better as models than a lot of other sets Lego releases, I still don't buy them thinking "I (...)   Great Deals on Hard-to-Find DUPLO and DACTA Items

Hey Everyone, I've just started getting back into Duplo and Dacta because of my kids. Normally, I'm a System and Technic purist (is there such a thing?), but the simplicity of the DUPLO components makes it ideal for my 4 year old. Also, my older (...)   Re: AFOLs as cheapskates

I've actually almost lost interest in _sets_ as such, since there's been so little decent mid-range Technic for a couple of years. Almost all the Lego I buy for myself (as opposed to what I buy for my children) is intended to swell the parts (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jan-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Ya. I didn't take notes but I think all those plus a few more. Ferinstance, they had the big amazon adventurers discounted. Some of the ones you list I could swear had a bit more of markdown. But I could be wrong, YMMV. (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Likewise here. Especially on teenager "salary" (very undependable) I can barely afford anything for full price. Lately I've even started selling parts to defray costs.
