Two thoughts come to mind.
You could get someone you know who has a higher feedback help you out.
Or, you could buy some stuff to get your feedback started, and then put your
items up. You probably don't need to get more than 3 or 4 feedbacks before
you start to look legit. Also, make sure you wait out the month of having a
sunglasses icon. A quality posting will also help- make sure you have good
clear pictures, and lots of information about what you're selling. Nothing
turns me off more that a posting with just the name of the item and a poorly
lit out of focus picture.
