I will answers these questions...
In my store I NEVER would sell anything that looked abused without
describing what was wrong with it. And really, if a piece is that bad I
would never sell it in the first place. In a few cases I have found a piece
that sold and it happened to be of less quality than I would have sold
without a description, I gave the customer a refund on that part but I sent
it along with the rest of the order anyway with an explanation. Then they
can decide for themselves whether they want to use it or not.
I mean face it, we are all human and there are late nights (early mornings)
that I have sorted parts and listed parts for many hours, only to come back
the next day and find one or two parts that I couldn't believe I missed
thier flaw! But I then adjust my inventory and delete how ever many bad
parts there were.
If I list a part as excellent it means it is in almost like new condition,
with very very minor flaws that can only be seen after studying the piece.
Or it could be a part that I used once in a creation and that was it. So
technically they look new without any flaw.
I don't believe in ripping off people. So if anyone ever buys something from
me and is not happy with thier purchase I would refund thier money or give
them credit to buy something else. Which, I am proud to say, has never
happened! :)
BTW thanks for the good referral to my shop!
