I know this post is a little late, but I managed to get to a Lego Store the day after Xmas and happily discovered quite few items on sale. The Target at the Atlantic Center Mall had appx 15-20 of these last night at $27.24 per copy. The tag and sign reads $78 & change but upon scanning the barcode I discovered the lower cost. One of my frustrations with Pick-A-Brick since the beginnig is the numerous parts which are dependent on other parts but the dependent part isn't available. Window frames but no glass or mullions.
