Re: sign up for $20 free postage

(...) meter (like a Pitney Bowes)? Postage meters don't use the pink band labels because they don't have bar codes in them.   Re: sign up for $20 free postage

(...) Not every post office uses those pink band labels you are talking about. I am a clerk at the Student Post Office (Clemson University) and our meter strips are plain white labels. Pretty much if you can get it to stick on the package, you can (...) (25 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shipping)

Re: sign up for $20 free postage

(...) Actually you can't just print on plain paper or stickers, you have to use special labels just for stamps.   Re: sign up for $20 free postage

Not a bad offer and if Ben gets a spiff, that's great. However there are other offers out there. I think I saw one for 30 free and 1 month free. If you have TT already maybe you'll like that one... But TT is worth more than 10 if you don't have it (...) (25 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shipping)

Thank You to Shop at Home

  Re: Ebay S&H ...

Check on www.ups.com; the fee schedule is somewhat complicated (depends on distance you're shipping and whether you're shipping to a business or home address--it's cheaper for businesses). It is usually cheaper for heavier items with more insurance, (...) (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shipping)

(...) Does anyone know the base fee schedule for UPS ? I know that UPS includes free tracking and the first $100 of insurance on ground shipments. I'm just not that familiar on the fee schedules. Ray (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shipping)

  Re: Shipping Cost

I spoke with Paul at BusyBee last night about shipping on a train #3225 would be 12pounds = $20.40 for a total of 47lbs = $79.90. By the way calls to busyBee from California on ATT run about $1.10 per min. I started using 10 10 399 for $1.10 for 10 (...) (25 years ago, 10-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.shipping)

  Re: Molded Baseplates
