The auction you are referring to is actually a relist of one that ended with
buy it now several days ago. There was some question to the validity of the
"sealed" bags in this post: http://news.lugnet.com/market/auction/?n=8482
It seems statistics will show that 2 of the bags were opened, pieces
replaced, then resealed. I asked the seller about this and the reply I got
was that they received it packed the way it was pictured.
There is also another misleading auction up right now regarding the
guarded inn. I won't post the auction, but pictured is a completely
assembled GI with the instruction booklet BACK cover shown. There is no
mention of the fact that it is actually #10000, but if you ask the seller
what the set number is, he will tell you. This seller just sold one through
ebay for $39 and pictured the box cover clearly showing it was the reissue.
