As a parent, Lego trains do not represent good value for money for me. The
quality of what is available, and the small amount of track is just not
appealing.

| I was in Amsterdam on holiday (partly to buy the '99 train range) and noted the difference between the UK and the Netherlands. It is not just LEGO trains that are not just popular there, all toys and trains are. Trains and LEGO are all declining in (...) (25 years ago, 17-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
