According to JEDI[1], 'tomogui' means "cannibalism (in animals) / mutual
destruction / internecine struggle / eating each other / damaging each other."

Hmm, not sure exactly how to classify them. Sorta mech, but sorta beast.

Oops, yes, thanks for pointing that out. I'm sure even the more easily
pronouncable words are easy to mangle subtly and very difficult to say
_perfectly_.
I just meant that they seemed like they'd _look_ perfectly pronounceable
(as in 'inviting') to an English speaker, and that an English speaker could
probably get them close enough to right to be understood (assuming the
speaker already knows that 'i' is pronounced 'ee', 'e' is pronounced 'ay',
etc.).
That is, many of the short words such as 'zenkai' and 'arashi' seem perfectly
"tangible" IMHO from an English-speaking perspective, while many of the more
complex words such as 'nagaredama' (stray bullet) and 'tsukikuzusu' (to
crush/break through) and 'morohanotsurugi' (two-edged sword) seem a bit more
"intangible" or "daunting" IMHO from an English-speaking perspective -- those
last few are quite the syllabic mouthful. ^^,
