I found three little Alpha Team sets today that I hadn't seen before: <set:4798 Evil Ogel Attack>, <set:4799 Ogel Drone Octopus>, and <set:4800 AT Jet Sub>. They are $3.99 each. The B&B has a huge amount of star wars Episode I stuff on sale, mainly in those double packages. I checked a couple of Zellers today in preperation for the bogo, and found most of the new episode II star wars sets, including the slave I ($69) and the gunship ($129). One of the VLC's members recently did a cover for a local urban magazine. The Westender attended our last meeting and they brought up the challenge of a lego tree on the next issue. For the benefit of the 7-11 age group, I'd have to suggest the Ontario Science Center. I used to practically live there in the summers when I was that age. For the adults (and children to a lesser extent) I'd suggest you give a good look at the (...) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Spotted the 8012 Super Batter Droid in a northern Toronto TRU. The price scanner even scanned it!!! $50 CDN, which I guess is pretty close to the 35 USD price. No other Episode II sets though.
