  Re: Next meeting Venue

(...) The prices were per hour regardless of the number of people (as long as the venue's capacity isn't exceeded). So I'd guess that it's in our interest to get more people along to reduce the costs, confirmed attendances anyhow. Lets play (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd, lugnet.org.au)

  Re: Next meeting Venue

I'm guessing these prices are per head? Maybe this brings us back to where Peter and I seem to be, which is that his or my place might be sensible, in terms of space, parking, facilities etc. re (URL) (and replies) Peter and I are content to take it (...)   What's a good Army? (was Re: LegOz themes)

Well for Medieval BrikWars at LegOz 2000.5, I'm expecting to field about 30 fairly heavily armed soldier dudes and a smaller bunch of archer dudes, who'll all arrive in a couple of cogs, and go the knuckle for the want of anything more interesting (...)   Re: LegOz themes

I was in Big W Winston Hills the other day ready to buy some of these impulse sets, but couldn't find any? Where are they? I used to work in that store and they call the counters near the checkouts "impulse counters" but they didn't have any lego. (...) (24 years ago, 4-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

(...) Hey, You thought Space was addictive. Castles need armies, not just pilots and a couple of ancillary bodies. You have just begun ! pete.w <aquanaut@optusnet.com.au> (24 years ago, 4-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

  Re: LegOz 2000.5

(...) Hey hey! Its not a problem at all, I think both Peter and I enjoy it, and it means that at least one of use don't have to lug our stuff around. I guess I was thinking about great big technic vehicles generally, and its cool if someone hasn't got one - bring along your mocs and stuff anyway, but there'll also be a motorcade ;-) Or not.... My townhouse is a bit small for a group of people to get together in, but there is a small hall we can rent near me......I think it costs about $100 so between 8-10 people it's pretty cheap.....But I am up on the Central Coast....is that a bit (...)   LegOz themes

Evening all, I wonder whether you guys have any thoughts as to main themes for the next few get togethers. The August LegOz seems to include Medieval BrikWars and a Soccer Tournament.
