| Hi, I'm just spending my spare time with cleaning my technic sets and replacing the defect parts. On my 8448 the technic shock absobers (clear) were broken. Same at 8446. A small tube from 8445's steering was lost. So I ordered spare parts for three (...) (23 years ago, 1-Mar-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

| (...) The sooner a LEGO Direct item becomes unavailable, the sooner that item begins to show up on eBay at inflated prices. Isn't that one of the things LEGO Direct was supposed to help stop? | (...) About one year ago, I ordered 2 Metroliner sets, and in my case the part correction bags where also not automaticly included. I guess they send them only if you request to do so.
