Um, isn't this *really* big news?  A minimum buy of $1000 would make it
reasonable for some parts sellers to buy Lego at wholesale.  It's not 75%
off clearance, but wholesale would be a good price, especially if it gave
a seller the opportunity to have a large, known quantity of brand new
sets to part out and make available for sale.

While I know that the minimum would not be a problem for some of us (I can
easily spend several thousand at a time) there are sure to be other
stipulations to be able to purchase wholesale.  Most obviously that you are
actually going to RESELL the sets.

There is probably also something in there requiring an actual storefront.  I
remember some discussion in the past that you also have to have a somewhat
national presence to be able to Lego over the net (with a few exceptions
granted to places like eToys and Amazon, but think of the volume they
do/were doing).

And there are probably 1000 others that are in the contract that I haven't
even though of....
