  Re: transcript is up

In lugnet.trains, Scott Arthur writes: SNIP (...) The following link may shed some light on the difference between A and B units: (URL) you can see, the B units would require three grey 1x2x2 thin walls with circular window on each side, whereas the (...)   Re: transcript is up

(...) I got the impression that a service pack would be offered to convert the "engine" into a car but the transcript talks about b-units (which I assume is a tail engine). I'm not sure why we need a service pack to do that - was it/is it different? (...) (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: transcript is up

(...) Thanks for the transcript, Ahui! I have just 2 questions: 1. Will LD be producing any Super Chief cars? 2. What's the big no-no with a Peanuts Licence? ROSCO (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.lego.direct)

  No more correct Metroliner parts?

Hi, I might have missed discussion on the matter, but I recently ordered a Metroliner kit and didn't receive the correct parts with it. On the order form was a note "Some Metroliner parts may differ from those pictured in the instructions". Does (...) (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: New 3426 Adidas Team Transport found at WalMart

(...) I was looking on the Shop@Home Website, and the set is listed at $19.99 and comes with "mini adidas soccer ball". Not bad considering that they are pretty close to the red soccer busses, at the same price.... a real interesting comment.... the (...)   Re: LEGO disappearing from small toyshops

(...) Emeryville is all right, but rents are high and traffic is bad. Better yet how about in the vicinity of the Factory Outlet Stores in Vacaville, CA, midway between the Bay Area and Sacramento?   Re: New 10024 and my MOC

(...) I tried that, but couldn't remember the answer to the secret question. :) So when I signed up again, I emailed myself the new ID and password. Now, of course, I remember it without looking.   Re: Bulk Bricks and LEGO auctions

Having taken both surveys - and thankful for the chance to express opinions - there is one facet that seems to have been "overlooked" in asking about motivations of buyers. Price. How about a "power buyer" category that qualifies for discounts? I (...) (23 years ago, 19-Feb-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: 10020 Santa Fe available to Oz!

(...) I was wondering how they were gonna do this. Maybe 5000 for US, 5000 for Europe? I wonder how they'd split the numbers between them. And will #1 be available for general sale, or held back for posterity? ROSCO (23 years ago, 18-Feb-02, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.loc.nz, lugnet.lego.direct)

S@H Gift Certificate Question (Was: Spring 2002 catalog)

  New 10024 and my MOC

Re: LEGO disappearing from small toyshops

(...) Personaly, I'd wonder is thats true! Wal*mart & K-Mart both have LOW LEGO stocks up here, but the only small toyshop I know of, appears to have LOTS of LEGO's, but no the whole line...
