I disagree. Broomstick riding is such an integral part of the stories that I
expect Lego to alter the piece to allow the minifigure to straddle it. This
is not difficult, it simply requires the narrowing of a small part of the
handle. The drawback to it is that there is no way for the minifig to grasp
the broom as he rides it.
Similarly, I expect Lego to come out with a new way of depicting a cloak,
perhaps the old Kenner manner as described before.
I know this is all speculation, but I gotta keep busy.
