I think rather than just turn this person's name over to someone else
(which I myself would not appreciate), I would instead urge this person to
make some contact with some of the AFOL's that exist in this newsgroup, and
also on RTL. They are very intelligent, highly communicative people with a
passion for the product that can't often be found in this day and age.
A few days of lurking in a newsgroup like this one (or even posing as an
RTL in order to get unbiased comments) might just open some minds at TLG.
Who knows? Maybe the bulk order rules aren't the best right now, but maybe
they could be someday.
