Oh I'm so with you on the old black pegs--they were absolute killers to get
out of beams 'n such! Never having thrown away *any* piece of LEGO, I have
all those old black pegs in a container somewhere, along with other 'old'
technic pieces (square pistons and stuff...) Who knows? Maybe I'll just
give 'em all to someone I dislike ;)
For myself, if I stop building, especially with Technic, for a few months,
my fingers get sore quickly when I start building again. Of course, I
haven't made anything as extravagant as Eric, so my digits are probably
thankful for that. After a while, during the building process, the pauses
for considering, 'Where do I go from here?' is usually enuf rest for the
hands to recoup.

I also often grab all the seller's pins when I do a bricklink order, to re-fill my bin (most sellers don't have heaps of pins) 8?) (...) Well, I guess (...)
