I typically end up with shoulder pain, but that's a symptom of the way I
reach for the bins that surround my current workspace (bad, bad layout).
The trick to working with technic for me it to not do everything with your
fingers. Use brick separators as much as possible. Poke pegs and pins out
of technic beams with axles instead of trying to pull them out. If you have
two beams stuck together with a bunch of friction pegs, pry them apart by
wedging a plate between the studs and twisting it.
Or you could take up Sinanju, the martial arts that Remo Williams uses, and
practice on the finger poking board </obscure movie reference>
