Sopwith Camel (#3451) shipped... —Christian Gemünden
Hi all, I received my Shopwith Camel set today and made a few images using my Mindstorms webcam. The quality is not that good and I don't have enough time for a complete set review either. For a few shots, please check this link: (URL) completely (...) (24 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.general)

(...) I am so anxious to get mine. Here in the US it shows that it will not ship until the end of May. It does look as though the model has some great details.          Re: Sopwith Camel (#3451) shipped... —Gary Istok
The reason this set was a "sculpture" instead of a "model team" set is because sculptures are under the "Lego Direct" umbrella, and therefore have some immunity from that dastardly fellow in Billund that controls the colors that can be used for any (...)      No this is no joke. If it were, it would be no laughing matter. I don't want to get everyone into an uproar here, but let me put it this way..... if it were up to Lego Direct, they would sell us any part in any color, more than likely. But yes, (...)
