Neat. It is interesting to note that the builders/designers of the time (if
there were any at tht time) did not even attempt to curve the legs or top of
that elephant. Even the tusks are composed of several rectangles instead of
a consistant curve. How far they have come.

| (...) I think they're trying to simulate something like the kid shown would make. Look at the coloring of it. If it was made to look as good as possible, it would probably been one color, and could have better curves. Alan (25 years ago, 25-Apr-00, to lugnet.general)

| Hi: I just finished scanning all of my 1960's Lego ads (well all 5 of them!) and thought that they came out good enough to post. Temporarily they are secretly embedded in my Technic site at: (URL) finally figured out how to properly tile multiple (...) (25 years ago, 25-Apr-00, to lugnet.general) !!
