  Re: TLG investigation 1st answers

(...) Not true!!!!! If you're an adult and you like LEGO, you're an AFOL. That is ALL it means. We must NOT be exclusionary. I in no way meant to imply that because you disagree with me you're not. Really. Please do keep posting as time permits. (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

(...) In the "high" ones? In 1995, 4142 Freestyle set had 4 In 1996, the Scorpion Detector had 2 In 1997, 4133 3+ Freestyle bucket had 4 In 1998, (tho this is rare), the Soccer/Football set 3311 Camera Tower had a whopping 9 of them. So they're (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Fence colours

(...) There are also swinging fence doors in a smaller size, 1x3x2. Four red sets (swivel top and immovable base) come in set 190, and two black sets come in the 6362 Post Office. These are the truly rare fence doors. I'm sure they are in a couple (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Giving away Lego...

I know what you mean about giving away LEGO, about 10 years ago I bought a THATCHER PERKINS locomotive model kit in Germany (about $25). The store had 2 of them, and I purchased only one. When I got home I built it, and my 10 year old nephew said (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Fence colours

Thanks, Gary and every one else who replied. Looks like these fences have appeared in quite a few colours, though never in large quantities.   Re: Oh CANADA.... S@H weekly specials begin!

I really doubt it, mostly because they don't ship outside of Canada for regular items, and as it stands now (similar to all S@H) you don't pay shipping. For them to ship to the States, shipping charges would need to be implemented, and I don't see (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

  Giving away Lego...

My husband and I were entertaining some friends at our house the other day. One of the couples had a young girl, maybe 6 or 7, who was getting increasingly bored as the night went on.
