My feelings on the Mickey thing is that Lego should not make products based on other companies' ideas just to get money. They should use their own ideas, they are better anyway. I don't buy Star Wars, and I won't buy this. (...) enough parts I am (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jul-00, to lugnet.fabuland)

I just received three of the sets (I didn't order 4164, it didn't look to have enough parts I am really interested in, though I'll probably have to get one for completeness... I am waiting for 4178 Mickey's Fishing Adventure ($24.99) which was not (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jul-00, to lugnet.fabuland)

(...) Thanks. I don't mind so much that the pin and loops are gone. The pins always got in the way of my building. I'm very excited that the kept the metal axles. That means they are very sturdy. I was curious about the black car wheel bases. that comes with the new mickey sets. Are the wheels connected via a metal axle like the old fabuland wheel bases or did they change them to plastic? John (24 years ago, 6-Jul-00, to lugnet.fabuland)

Shortly after getting my Night Lords Castle in January 2000, I noticed that the Witch's Cauldron said Fabuland on the bottom. I had no clue what this was for about six months, until discovering Lugnet. I now have a very vague understanding of (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.fabuland)

Hello, As I said in my last post I believe that I was the first to obtain a Mickey Mouse set. Well on Thursday my greedy little paws met the UPS guy and procured my treasure.
