We are about 24 hours from making a major schedule annocument for BW03.  We
are just dotting the last i's and crossing the t's as I type this.  Here is
a small teaser fo what the new scheudle has.

* 33 Sessions in total some INSIDE LEGOLAND's Pavillion
* At least 1 session (maybe 2) with TLC reps on panels or presenting
* Coverage of the following themes: Trains, Ldraw, Robotics, LEGO building,
Aniamtion, and some more.

3) Modifying LEGO
-making custom minifigs and custom or modified elements

I've certainly seen a lot of very cool custom minifigs on the web, but I
don't know if any of the good customizers are planning on attending
Brickswest.  Is Bram attending?  He could talk about making that aluminum
2x4 brick.  @8^)

Got something similar to this on the schedule

6) LUGNET: Past, Present, & Future

I know Todd Lehman is attending because he's on the list of people who need
a place to crash.  It would be interesting to hear him talk a bit about how
LUGNET got started, how it operates from an administrative perspective, and
the vision for the future is like.

Got something similar but with a histroy of trains

11) More building techniques

I very much enjoyed the micro-scale presentation last year and the panel on
LEGO sculptures, and greatly look forward to this year's SNOT panel.  I
would be interested in more sessions that deal with particular building
techniques and styles.

We have two to three session covering this topic.

Please be patient with us as we try to get the schedule compelted. We shoudl
have it up very very soon.

  Ideas for Brickswest sessions

First let me say that I had a great time at last year's Brickswest, and I'm greatly looking forward to this year's event. Looking over the schedule of sessions for Brickswest 2003 I see a lot of empty slots for sessions. I'm not sure if most of (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-03, to lugnet.events.brickswest)
