I say we need to continue discussions here, to create a web site that'll have
sample letters, the topic of the month, and a place for people to "register"
once they have sent the letter. Also, then we have a standard place to send
people who want to act and need information (like me; addresses, topics,
rationale, etc) while the work behind it goes on in a forum such as this.
