Form letters are much less effective than individually written letters.

| It's not like it matters much. They only seem to look for the phrase "I would like to suggest..." and then they send you a form letter. Jeff (...) a (...) way. (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)
