I know others have mentioned that form letters aren't as effective as
as personal letters, but how about a compromise - an online form that
you could go to and select standard items you wanted to comment on
(lack of slopes in all colors, same with plates, no bulk ordering, you
name it) so that you could pick and choose and create a custom form
letter that would then be displayed on a webpage, say with some sort
of neat RTL or AFOL logo on it, with your name and everything already
printed at the bottom, just waiting for a signature and an envelope.
There could even be a custom field for truly personal comments that
could be included at the bottom of the letter.
Would something like that be better than just a form letter that was
the same coming from everyone? Would it be "doable" with a web page?
