Dear LEGO, You've gotten some good new 1999 service packs. First of all the black sloped bricks are great (even though 2 important black sloped pieces are missing from this set). The green bricks as a separate pack are great also, as are the black (...) (26 years ago, 19-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

and garage doors. what ever happened to garage doors? Here's an idea. Maybe sell town jr. stuff that can be extended with a second accessory kit. Rearrange 6332 and 6554 so the vehicle bays are wider, sell them at TRU/Walmart sans doors, and then (...) (26 years ago, 20-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

and thinking about this some more... this should be extremely profitable. when TLG sells an item through Target, Walmart, TRU, TLG gets 60% of the retail price (i think someone in the newsgroups stated the rate) but when TLG sells something through (...) I would support a variation on this. Each month, a Form Letter is posted on a website specifying a parts pack. Everyone who supports this would then download it, sign it and send it in. It would be much more organized that way. Maybe the month (...) (26 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Gary: This letter is well-worded and expresses which parts packs a lot of us would like to see issued by Lego. A few months ago there was a suggestion on rtl that actual letters be sent to Lego by rtl'ers, each expressing specific wants for new (...) (26 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Whatever you folks would like, is fine with me. By the way, does anyone know if Peter Eio is still the President of TLG/USA? Gary, Peter Eio is listed in the latest press release as being in charge of Lego, Inc. in Enfield. I also think that individual letters would make more of an impact than a form letter.
