Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

(...) Wow! I am SO against this move I almost don't have words to describe how I feel. I haven't read the material under discussion (i.e. "The Wanderer"), nor have a seen enough of Bryan's negative posts to be pointedly annoyed with him -- but I DO (...)   Re: Guarded Inn Gone???

I have observed with Lego's S@H website, that they will put a set as Not Available when they won't or are unable to take back orders, or there are probably too many back orders already. When they get caught up again, the new Guarded Inn will likely (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

  Re: Guarded Inn Gone???

(...) That's what I see, too, with my shopping cart set to Canada or the USA. If I set my shopping cart to a European country (the UK and Germany are the two I checked), it shows as "available". So here's hoping (really hoping!) this is a glitch, or (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Village Party

Just have to say: awesome. I thought I was the only person who did little castle parties. Perhaps I will post some of my own in the future. Peace the chinchilla (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

Bryan, To put all of this into perspective, consider how you would feel if someone were to post the following message to you: *** Please note that what follows is purely hypothetical and is presented for demonstration purposes only *** Dear Bryan, I (...)   Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

(...) Uhhmmmmmm... Ok.. I've got my brother writing for the Wanderer series. I'm paying him for it though, so I'd have to ask him whether he'd be interested in your project - and that I imagine would depend on what you'd be willing to, let's say, (...)   Re: Village Party

Jon, that's a fantastic lil' party you have there! It's a great scene, and is well detailed for something you "just threw together". You can tell the figs are having fun, and why shouldn't they? They're the best-fed mini-figs I've seen. ;-) Nice (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle)

In lugnet.castle, Jon Furman writes: <snipped> (...) That is just plain awesome! I love the detail.. and I have GOT to get me some'a that Belville food. I have a kinda 'cheesy' meat on a spit idea that I've used for longer than I can remember. Not (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Jon, WHAT A GREAT scene! The dancers totally look like they are dancing. And a traditional medieval dance it looks as well. This was just something you "threw" together whyil being bored? Excellent detail! And you really give the feel of a (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

(...) I am very new to LUGNET, so I am still observing the expectations and relationships that go on in here. It is a very neat community. I have to admit that I had some of the same thoughts as Bryan when I first read the "online image-novella." (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw, lugnet.castle.ninja)

  Village Party

Hello All, Here are some Pics of a little village feast that I threw together this week while I was sitting around waiting (DroolinG) for my #10000 to arrive. I'm certain we will all start seeing this type of thing in great detail over the next few (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Awesome village pictures

While browsing somewhat aimlessly through Brickshelf pictures, I came across Jan Katanek's folders. I seem to missed these pics until now. I don't know if they were Xposted here or not but, I think they should have been. These are great designs for (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle) !

Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.

Bryan, First of all, I agree with everything that Nathan said about common courtesy, and I was shocked when I read what you had written about Kevin's comic. Yes comic, not an epic novel which you seem to have been expecting. I really enjoyed the (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw, lugnet.castle.ninja)

Re: Himeji Castle MOC (soon to be at Brickfest 2001)

Re: The Wanderer, an online image-novella.
