As it happens, the 3x3 matrix that LDView gives you when you do View->Show View
Info isn’t the camera matrix. It’s the rotation matrix applied to the model
around the model’s centroid. Having said that, I can derive a camera matrix
based on the model’s rotation matrix, the model’s centroid, the camera’s
position, and the camera’s actual rotation matrix. (Unless you go into
fly-through mode, the camera’s rotation matrix is always an identity matrix, but
I’ll certainly include that so that it will be correct if you do go into
fly-through mode.) Then I need to apply the coordinate system handedness
conversion in order to make it useful in POV-Ray, since LDraw uses a
right-handed coordinate system.
