  [Parts Tracker] Status, Updates, Etc.

Here's some brief news about the Parts Tracker. First, everything seems to be running smoothly. At least, as smoothly as it was before the website redesign. There are some fixes needed at the top of some pages, and I still need to figure out where (...) (23 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

(...) I think that either the four-letter abbreviations or the full words would be preferable. The four-letter abbreviations are easier to figure out and learn. Just my 2¢ --Ryan (23 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  ldraw.org Software ratings

Now that ldraw.org has a user-based rating system for software downloads, I think it would be a great idea if everyone here went and rated the programs they have tried out. As a software author, I know I'm curious what people in general think about (...) (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Re: LDraw.org Tutorials - Categorization, Storage, Indexing, etc...

(...) That's how the site works now, minus the <h1-6> tags. And, once a few other things get addressed - like the Download section updating, Variable-width tables on certain pages, etc, I'll address the <h1-6> issue of making headers. That will go (...) (...) I'm not entirely sure. It's actually a line segment with an emplied endpoint of <0,0,0>.   RE: LDraw.org Tutorials - Categorization, Storage, Indexing, etc...

(...) Well, you could just use regular old HTML the way it was meant to be used: <H1-6></H1-6> for headers, and <p></p> for paragraphs and then use CSS and includes to make it fit the LDraw design... Or you could add an FTX interpretter to (...) (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

(...) I essintialy agree. The format of the tutorials was not the point of the original post. I think you guys are missing Tim's point. Currenlty when you go to the LDraw tutorial section you have a list of tutorials.
