But isn't the GPL a case of GNU throwing out some verbiage and saying, 'OK, here's an example, use it or modify or whatever', and authors/publishers actually copying the license, and putting it on their own work. (...) Whoah! DOS version? Where did that come from? I think I asked about that once upon a time but there wasn't much interest. (...) Yeah, I looked DOS Mesa and if I recall, it was no longer being maintained. I could be wrong about that though, but the CVS logs on SourceForge seem to contain many references to removing "old and broken DOS build support". (...) Looks like I *was* wrong about the DOS mesa after all. Apparently the AllegroGL folks have picked up the slack. So If anyone is nutz enough to want a DOS version of ldglite you can get it at: (URL) limps along in DOS mode under Windows 95 with (...)   RGB Coding in LDraw?
 
Is there a way to hard-code a color value in a .dat file using RGB values, so that the part will render in POV-Ray using those values? If so, what's the format? In addition, is it possible to code color qualities, like reflectiveness, into a .dat (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)
