That seems to have partially solved the problem, but it introduced a change
(maybe intentional). LDList now shows up with Win2K style title bar in XP even
when themes are enabled. (Your screenshot from the old version shows it working
with themed title bar, borders, and menu, and unthemed everything else.) This
change could be a good thing, since it makes the unthemed window contents
consistent with the title bar/menu/border.
The actual fix seems to have fixed scroll wheel scrolling, but page down
scrolling still animates backwards. The Inno Setup thread didn't even mention
this; I'm guessing they didn't notice.

| (...) Certainly not intentional. I haven't the faintest idea why that happens. (...) For me both mouse wheel scroll and scrollbar scroll worked as expected during testing the other day, but today when I change my computer to the Toy Story Look (...) (17 years ago, 26-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad.dev)
