Thanks to Travis Cobbs I've managed to reproduce, and hopefully fix, this
problem. The download is updated, but not the web pages -

The updated version is 4.11, please download it again and retry on your
system and let me know if the fix worked for you.

| (...) I'm running LDList v 4.1, 2004-Apr-16 on Win XP First, move the slider thumb to the center of the scroll bar area. If you click the Up arrow a few times, the list text scrolls down, which is as expected. If you click the Down arrow, you'll see (...) (19 years ago, 22-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad.dev)
