Okay I doublechecked it, and I have to admit that I was wrong... The grey
track piece is different, I took some pictures with my digital camera and
I'll put them online.

Pictures are uploaded to Brickshelf here:
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=814

You can clearly see that both the grey pieces are straight-ended while the
blue one isn't
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=8156

The bottom of the blue and the 'slotless' grey pieces are similar:
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=8158

The grey pieces both have the number 3228 on them.

Sorry for the confusion, I drew my conclusion to fast (heh, imagine me
holding the two pieces while glancing over it and mumbling "yup, the same").
A closer look revealed more differences.
So it seems that there has to be a 3228c piece after all...

My Grey slotless and notchless parts are just like those illustrated, so we do
have 3 different parts
-slots +notches in Blue (typical 4.5V)
-slots -notches in Grey (rare)
+slots -notches in Grey (typical 12V)

If we are going to model all three (which I think we should), then maybe we
should re-visit the 12V sleepers. IIRC there are 3 variants (different clips
and presence/absence of cable grooves on the underside), but we agreed only to
model two (currently 767.dat and 4166.dat).
