I have decided not to make my new dats with inline POV code compatible with L3P 1.3, since I've found there is no reason to use it when 1.4 beta is stable and free from bugs. Who wants to contribute? The official LEGO Model rjwmetro.ldr has to be replaced by a MOC. It is desireable to make it fit to Rjjtofc.ldr by James Jackson; his model has been pending for years.
