Basically, I have control of the website and bring in people as needed. The
problem is that our voting module is a little bit incompatible with the current
version of our CMS making life difficult for the admin. Since Tim hasn't been
trained on how to handle these problems and the lack of time I have to train
him, I think it's better to suspend the contests until I can get the new system
up and running. I will be moving to a new CMS but I have to develop a new
module for the new CMS. I have a lot of time while underway to work on this so
it may happen before the above time frame. I quoted the above as a worst case
scenario.
