(...) 3 1 59 -0.25 10.2529 56.0774 -0.25 10.9648 55.6636 -0.25 8.7885 were rounded to: 3 1 59 -0.25 10.25 56.07 -0.25 10.96 55.66 -0.25 8.78 I'd rather: 3 1 59 -0.25 10.253 56.077 -0.25 10.965 55.664 -0.25 8.788 would it also be possible to bake the (...)   Re: Old parts

(...) We are aware that there are problems in getting old or scarce parts through the review procedure, and Steve and I have talked about alternative processes. For these parts however, I think you should go ahead - I do have access to these. Still (...) (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Purposes of the Organization

(...) I suppose it would. And it makes the text shorter and easier to read. Play well, Jacob (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Re: Feature Request - User Defined Model Directory

(...) Hi, I know it's little bit late to respond, but still: You can do it easily even now. All you need to do is save your model where you want to have it using MLCad's standard dialog File/Save... Windows (as it's standard Windows dialog) DO (...) (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: Purposes of the Organization

(...) John, I'm pretty sure I fixed this for you. Try again and Email me with the results. -Orion (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: Old parts

(...) Personally I think the more complete the better. I've modelled a couple of 4.5V motor parts that probably haven't been used by anyone else, but at least they're in there :) I generally only model a part when I need it to document a MOC and (...) (21 years ago, 11-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Purposes of the Organization

(...) What's your username? We've experienced a common problem ... if your ID isn't in a specific group, it does this to people. But once you're added to a group, you can see stuff. I'll stick you in the 'user' group and it should be all better. Has (...) (21 years ago, 11-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: Purposes of the Organization

(...) I didn't know that the .org was in the name. Learn somethin' new every day. (...) I tend to think of the organization, mainly because I became involved shortly before this summer, and the organization began to emerge beyond its ad-hoc status (...)   Re: Purposes of the Organization

(...) Dan's shortening seems acceptable to me, especially in this context. The LSC is a group of people elected by the LDraw community and sponsored by LDraw.org to be responsible for this maintenance. The central resource for the file format is (...)   Re: Purposes of the Organization

(...) My intepretation of this statement is that LDraw.org will not maintain the file format. Rather, a separate group (I believe the LSC) will be in charge of the file format. As I understand it, LDraw.org is mostly a distribution and community (...) (21 years ago, 11-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: Purposes of the Organization

(...) I'm not sure the details of how LDraw maintains and develops the format should really go in the "Propose" of the org. Wouldn't it suffice to say: + develop and maintain the LDraw format. ? (21 years ago, 11-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Purposes of the Organization

Its been a while since the organization meta-discussion that was contained within the LSC proposal threads. Since then, I've been working off-and-on on a bylaws draft that's quite lengthy, and sending it to the ad-hoc organizing committee for (...)   Old parts

What do you think about old and long gone parts to be modelled in LDraw? I have done several old parts (from the fifties-seventies), even some rare parts that can hardly be found (making it hard to be reviewed, too). I just received a train signal (...) (21 years ago, 11-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Trouble with language file building

Hmmm. This is indeed strange. I made the same changes again to a backup I had on my WinXP machine at home and it worked! I am having trouble with my Win2000 machine at work. If I compile there, the file is not recognized. Jaco "Pieter Desnerck" (...) (21 years ago, 10-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: Announcing LDraw.org Relaunch

(...) Well done all who contributed! It's starting to look pretty good! (...) One question - will PT login eventually authenticate against the ldraw login? Currently the 2 are still separate... ROSCO (21 years ago, 11-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, FTX)

  Re: numbers report - 10 Sept. 2003

(...) Hi Franklin, Good new for LDraw users, ever more files are submitted. Bad news for contributors, obviously as the number of files increases faster than reviewing human ressources, the average reviewing delay also increases. Also I have (...) (21 years ago, 10-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  numbers report - 10 Sept. 2003
