Hi All, Is there a version of the 2 x 2 x 2/3 (x85?) silver reflector dish anywhere? Either an official or an unofficial version? Happy New Year! It's a few minutes after midnight, ldraw.org server time (ie, GMT). The final parts update for 2002 is now available. This is update 2002-06, a small package of just 54 files. Morning!- I've been looking for an accurate ldraw to 3ds converter, but have been unimpressed so far. I was wondering if a model exported from PovRay into a 3DS format would wind up rendering the polygons better, but haven't been able to find a (...) (22 years ago, 31-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Thanks for the link. I think I'll be able to use this in a number of places - there are several rubber bands wrapped around the stacks on top of the engine, and well as some around the chassis. (...) Thanks for the link! I've downloaded the file, read through the readme.txt, and will definitely be using this. It is essentially exactly what I was looking for ... I'm sure I'll be able to simulate nearly all of the hoses, pipes, and conduits (...) (22 years ago, 31-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

I just noticed that L3P and LDRAW Viewer do not play well together. Running an LDRAW Viewer file through L3P produces a ".pov" file that contains only 1 black brick. On a hunch, I ran the LDRAW Viewer file through BBEdit and saved the file with Unix (...) (22 years ago, 31-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

I uninstalled Fruit Menu to see if it was the source of my crashes, but now after using contextual menu to change color of a brick, mouse clicks register about 30 pixels to low. When I click on a brick, I wind up selecting the brick two bricks down, (...) (22 years ago, 30-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)
