Cool - I like that - is that a minifig brush?

Ah - thats funny - but a worthy effort.

Well you are breaking the mould I suppose. Not that I didnt appretiate
your mecha in the first place. Dont want to give you a big head or
anything, but it was basically Jama that turned me on to .mecha..

It would be nice to have something real as opposed to a CAD anim for
these poseable models. Did you ever see the camelot video?

Umm - actually eric, it wasnt that one I was thinking about - not the
light, that I got (and did read the thread), its the other bit - like
I said- concave.. when you look at the hand closeup - you have two 1x1
clips, joined clip - to -clip with a peice in the middle, which looks
flat, no studs and a concave side. I cant work out what it is....

Well - what I was thinking was the bottom flap closed upwards, then
another flap with a slope inwards closed on top of that - but looking
at it, what would be even cooler is if (using tiles and stuff), part
of plate above with the slope would slide over the panel a little and
meet up with another slope. So instead of the 4x2 slope with the
grille overlapping the hatch, it is actually a little furthar down the
hatch, and the 2x2 slope above it slides down to meet it after
closing. Fiddly - but for some reason it felt like it would be
interesting, and secure the cabin furthar closed - as in the hinged
flap closes, then the upper latch (the slope on tile runners) slides
down over it. We might need to think of a way to provide enough
friction in the runners that it doesnt just annoyingly slide down when
open...
I hope you get what I mean but I am not sure I explained myself well..
Ah if I had a quick way to do an animation to show what I meant...
Anyway - I am glad if I can contribute something.
