I rarely throw something completely out.

Usually, I'll start to throw together a facade or something with a few
bricks and windows on the floor.  This is the point where I may go through
several designs and throw stuff out.  At this point, only about 10% or less
of the things I play with eventually make it into a building.

However, once I start building the real thing, I almost never throw it out.
Often, I'll make major changes, but I don't give up once it gets that far.

ok
here's a question for all builders
but particularly space

i usually start 3 or 4 MOCs and abandon
them once i realize they are going nowhere,
BEFORE i get one that is really working
which i then finish

I am wondering,
what's the typical success ratio out there?
am i the only one who doesn't have every
MOC turn out wonderful on the first try ;-)

thx
