According to the Google language tool, it means something like "vehicles OF combined fascist states new of the realm". I would translate it as "Vehicles (...) Not to nit-pick, but Joshua 3:15-16 says "As soon as the feet of the priests carrying the ark of the covenant touched the water, the water coming downstream toward them stopped".
