Hi all, Finished this a while ago, but finally got around to photoing it. Those Jack Stone carbases can be useful! The entire tank design basically sprouted off one of those things. Browsing around brickshelf today I found Ryoichi Takagaki's folder. (URL) not sure if he has ever publicized his creations here, but his three mortar heads are awesome. (...) Yeah; there were 2 reasons I chose the Ishtar over the TA17. The first being the flat head and tank-like design made the Ishtar a little less complex to build. I just finished posting photos of my latest anime/mech MOC, the (URL) MFX-02 Ishtar> by Symbol. It became a bit tricky to complete a model strong enough to support movement and poses while still allowing for the entry system and full cockpit of the (...) (...) What's cool then is, you may be able to use your Technic to make a sort of Lattice or Beam Scaffold.
