After a builder's block (I know that has probably been used quite extensively in
these forums :) ) I have built a new mech and got around to photographing some
others..

The first thing i had posted was the Gamut MKII battle armors. Obviously this is
but a rebuild of chris madison's AWESOME Gamut battle armor.I built a whole
squad of these because i really liked the design and how it used relatively
easy-to-find parts to make a model look so cool. I made minor adjustments on the
first 3, and on the third i added the chain gun with ammo tank on the back :)

Next is a creation of my own design! The Argos Light scout mecha. During my
construction of my "next" mech i got a builders block and while fiddling with
parts to try and solve the problem i came upon a really cool leg design. I added
detail using the mechas from the anime series "Blue Gender"leg designs(which i
have been watching lately on cartoon Network)

After i had finsihed the legs i moved on to the torso. The hardest part about
that was finding a way to fit a minifig in a cockpit that started off 3 studs
wide. When i managed to complete that i added the arms. The next step was to
think of a semi-new hand design. After i tried the "minifig arm" hand design i
realized it seemed to large, so i just used the click hinges with technic holes
and stuck knives in them as the forefingers and a minifig arm asthe thumb. Once
that was done i finally found a use for a mecha head that i had built over a
year ago. Here is the folder with the finished product:

All in all i like the overall look of the mech, it is different than my other
creations but i wish i could have made a smaller hand design. Speaking of hand
designs my next mech has a radical new one!

The mech that can be seen in the construction folder is the one that i am
currently working on that has me stumped for the time being.  I plan for it to
be my largest Mecha so far (But not my largest creation, my will be bigger :P )
I decided to post a teaser just to show what i have done so far which is the top
part of the torso, both shoulders one arm and one... well, figure out what the
big thing sprouting out of the back is :)

I would enjoy any constructive critiscism any one has to offer!

PS I have also added some more stuff to the "Forces" Folder
