I also found your photo with the sheet of paper with all the hand-written notes

Sounds good, though I would like to check the ToU first whether we should
slightly change them at any points. But, for example, the News-Posting Setup
Form is available in German in the meantime
(http://news.lugnet.com/news/post/setup/index_de.cgi) and I would like to see it
in other languages too.
This week we have to repair the last oddities with the Guide and the
Brickwise-Agent should either be made active again or replaced by another or a
similar marketplace-project.
I'm also playing around with the idea to push top-stories from the german Forum
directly to the loc.de group and the other way round. If I get this working, it
could be also useful for other groups. Of course, I'm not trying to mirror other
site's complete discussions here, but an important "root" message from another
list/board/forum could also cause interesting discussions in the equivalent
LUGNET newsgroup.
Aside these things, I'm always open for further suggestions and ideas, either
here in the lugnet.admin groups or via email.

They do not reflect several changes in policy, especially regarding market traffic (standing policy seems to discourage ANY market traffic outside the appropriate lugnet.market group, but the ToU only (...)
