Well, yah, I mean, just become some particular piece of information comes
from a toy fair, the main purpose of which is to distribute information to
the press and on to the public, doesn't necessarily mean that in general
every single piece of information originating from the fair is intended for
public consumption.
By "in general" I mean "in all cases" and not "in most cases." IOW, in most
cases (say, I dunno, 98%), it's probably fine to share info from toyfair
without tromping on TLC's legal rights. But it couldn't possibly be true
100% of the time because info is sometimes the result of an NDA breach. It's
just very tough to judge and that's why only someone from TLC can step in and
speak up for something like this which is apparently fairly gray.
