Well, certainly not "public domain" as Todd pointed out. Yes, they will
eventually become public knowledge, but only through misuse by a dealer.
TLC should probably put a statement at the front of the catalog
indicating that it is NOT to be re-published in any form without the
consent of TLC.
It all comes down to the purpose of the materials. Materials distributed
at a trade show are at least partially intended to publicize the
products. The dealer catalog is intended to be used by dealers to decide
what to order. In some cases it may be ok for the dealer to show the
catalog to a customer, but the purpose should be for the customer to
help the dealer decide what to order, not for the customer to go
shouting out to the world.
